At Arch, we are proud to offer a system that ensures our customers complete convenience for returning ordered products.

To ensure your safety, we outline the terms and conditions for exchanges and returns:

Exchange

  • If the product is received damaged, Arch will cover all shipping fees, provided that the product has not been used and remains in its damaged state.
  • If the product is damaged during use, Arch guarantees a replacement during the warranty period, as long as the damage is not due to misuse (such as scratches, breaks, or cuts).

Please review the return policy below:

  1. If you return any non-defective product, meaning it is in its original condition and the customer is not satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt for local shipments. Please note that return shipping is free, and only the value of the product will be refunded.

  2. Returned products must be in their new, undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

  3. Contact us, and we will send a representative to collect the shipment from you.

  4. The original shipping fees are non-refundable in case of a return.

  1. Arch allows you to return the product in its original condition within 3 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

  2. If your payment method was by credit card or bank transfer, you can return the products to Arch. After the product is received and its condition is verified, the refund will be processed. Please note that the refund process to your bank account may take up to 3 business days if paid by bank transfer. The refund will be transferred to any electronic wallet (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash) or via the InstaPay app to ensure a faster refund since bank transactions may take more than 14-20 business days.

  3. To protect the rights of our valued customers, please be informed that if the order is canceled by the customer or if the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the refund for the returned order will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the return.
